Buyer’s Agent Fee When you sell with Listingly you decide how much you are willing to pay to the Buyer’s agent, if any. If your Buyer doesn’t have an agent, you pay NO Buyer’s Agent Commission. A Buyer’s agent is sometimes referred as a Cooperating Broker.
Listingly is Powered by Technology By automating many of the costly duties Realtors maintain from the pre-internet era we’re able to provide incredible real estate services at a fraction of the going price. We pass these cost savings on to you! To maintain those costs savings, it is your responsibility to make sure that any, and all, title and closing agents providing title or closing services related in any way to the sale of your Property (“Title Agent”) be continuously digitally connected in real time with Listingly (“Digitally Connected”). To be Digitally Connected, we must at all times be able to view any, and all, transaction, title and/or closing document related in any way to the sale of your Property through our document management system and without restriction of any kind. If for any for reason the Title Agent is not Digitally Connected with Listingly (as solely determined by us) the Listingly Commission shall be twice the standard rate to cover our increased overhead.

The State of Florida & the Federal Government require real estate brokers to maintain and store all of the documents related to the sale of your Property for up to seven years, or longer. It is customary for these Consumer Protection Document Storage costs to be paid by the seller to the listing agent at closing as a closing cost, often called a transaction fee. Instead of you incurring this expense, Listingly takes them as a deduction from the Buyer’s Agent Commission, if any. The deduction to Buyer’s Agent Commission, paid to Listingly on the date of closing specified in any sales contract, is a sum equal to one tenth of one percent of the purchase price of the property, as provided in any such sales contract.

Yes. If you decide that you’d rather not sell your home, you may conditionally terminate your Agreement with Listingly as provided herein after the thirieth day the Property has been Listed as active “For Sale” on an MLS by Listingly (“Cancel”). To Cancel, you must pay Listingly a $69.00 cancellation fee wherein your service may be conditionally terminated, providing your account is current with no outstanding balance; you have returned all Listingly supplied yard signs in good condition together with the metal stakes; you have fully & faithfully and timely complied with the terms of this Agreement; the Property is not under contract to be sold, leased or transferred in any way, nor is there any current effort by any party to bring the Property under contract. If you list or advertise the Property for sale, transfer, or contract to transfer the Property or any interest in the Property during the Service Term, or any extension thereof, Listingly may void the conditional termination. Once a cancellation request is made by you and received by Listingly, our cancellation agreement is signed by you, and the terms herein fully satisfied, your Listing will be removed from the MLS within 5 business days.
